DAHER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GmbH is a member of the DAHER Group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial services provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers‘ premises. Your task as a Manager Quality Department (all genders)

• Leading the Quality Department professionally and disciplinarily
• Ensuring compliance with operational processes, standards, and certifications
• Creating quality plans, reports, and activity records
• Managing and monitoring conformity and certification status
• Analyzing deviations and initiating corrective actions
• Preparing, implementing, and following up on audits
• Engaging in proactive dialogue with authorities and negotiating to build long-term relationships
• Inspiring and attracting new customers
• Organizing qualification training for employees and identifying future training needs
• Coordinating quality activities with the French headquarters

Your qualification

• You have a degree in Quality Engineering or specialized training in Quality Management with profound management experience in aviation
• You are proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace
• You demonstrate fluent French and English skills
• You have a strong customer and service-oriented mindset
• Your way of working is independent, reliable, structured, and you deliver results on time
