DAHER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GmbH is a member of the DAHER Group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial services provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers‘ premises. Your tasks as Manufacturing Engineer (all genders) 

• You develop processes and efficiency improvement measures which you analyse and optimise according to MTM / REFA /STV
• You are responsible for Standard Line Balancing and apply lean management techniques
• You create ME-Routing
• You moderate workshops, and are the focal point to all stakeholders
• You prepare theresults and present them to the management

Your qualification 

• You successfully completed your engineering studies with a focus on aerospace, industrial or manufacturing engineering
• You possess 3-5 years of professional experience in the aviation industry in a similar position
• Ideally, you are knowledgeable in labour, time and lean management
• You think conceptually, analytically and solution-oriented
• You demonstrate strong communication skills in German and English
