Logistic Coordinator (all genders)

All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers‘ premises. Your tasks as a Logistic Coordinator (all genders)

  • Essential link between our procurement and supplier teams regarding delivered goods/parts  
  • Responsibility for all warehouse activities and general warehouse management (AOG management, spare parts, inventory, transport coordination and disposition, system and data maintenance, etc.)  
  • Preparation of periodic reports and communication with internal/external clients  
  • Follow-up of order processes until completion  
  • Track loads generation of goods’ receipts in SAP and fulfillment confirmation according to internal quality procedures  
  • Cycle count preparation and coordination according to internal policies  
  • Lift boxes (up to 15 kg) during transportation 

Your qualification 

  • You have completed a vocational training in trade/aviation as a specialist for warehouse management  
  • You have at least 2 years experience within logistics and in a high-volume manufacturing environment with stock management knowledge  
  • You possess proven knowledge of SAP and MS-Office  
  • You demonstrate good language skills in English (min. B2), German is beneficial 
  • You are solution-oriented and highly reliable as well as a good team player  
  • You are flexible to work in early and late shifts  
  • You have a valid driving license for Germany
