All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers‘ premises. Your tasks as a Logistic Coordinator (all genders)
- Essential link between our procurement and supplier teams regarding delivered goods/parts
- Responsibility for all warehouse activities and general warehouse management (AOG management, spare parts, inventory, transport coordination and disposition, system and data maintenance, etc.)
- Preparation of periodic reports and communication with internal/external clients
- Follow-up of order processes until completion
- Track loads generation of goods’ receipts in SAP and fulfillment confirmation according to internal quality procedures
- Cycle count preparation and coordination according to internal policies
- Lift boxes (up to 15 kg) during transportation
Your qualification
- You have completed a vocational training in trade/aviation as a specialist for warehouse management
- You have at least 2 years experience within logistics and in a high-volume manufacturing environment with stock management knowledge
- You possess proven knowledge of SAP and MS-Office
- You demonstrate good language skills in English (min. B2), German is beneficial
- You are solution-oriented and highly reliable as well as a good team player
- You are flexible to work in early and late shifts
- You have a valid driving license for Germany
