All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers‘ premises. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Aircraft Manager (all genders) who will coordinate and manage aircraft projects while acting as a central point of contact between internal departments and our customers.

Your task as a Aircraft Manager (all genders)

• Be the interface to coordination team, quality, logistics, production, customer, MAP, etc. and ensure timely delivery of information to minimize completion lead time of work  
• Ensure all WOs are sent to production and that these are compliant with the defined WO content rules, quality criteria and good access for work 
• Open e-Intervention Cards for WOs planned when required  
• Manage and ensure all priorities towards partners are considered and targets respected (Folio points, concessions, Log…) 
• Support production and quality on any technical issues 
• Report the progression of the open points to customers, Customer Interface and FAL  

Your qualification

• You have a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or similar 
• You possess strong knowledge in aircraft storage and de-storage processes 
• You have proven experience in aircraft manufacturing, assembly, or project management, Airbus experience would be a strong advantage  
• You communicate in fluent in English. German or French language skills are beneficial 
• You possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and a dynamic, independent, and flexible mindset  
• You are a good team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer service  
• You demonstrate strong leadership & management skills, able to motivate & coordinate teams effectively
