All mechanical, structural, and electrical work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers’ premises. We are on the lookout for a pioneering Business Field Manager (all genders) to spearhead the development of our operations program. This role is not just about managing a project – it is about building it from the ground up. The candidate should be a motivated self-starter who displays a passion for solving problems and interacting in a team environment.

Your tasks as Business Field Manager (all genders)

• The main activities consist in expanding the relationship with new customers by focusing on project excellence, client management, and overseeing Manufacturing Engineering activities
• Developing operational procedures, manpower, material, deadlines, plans
• Collaborate with various departments and teams to implement new projects with broader company goals, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Create comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, gathering input and building relationships crucial for the projects’ success
• Utilize project management best practices to oversee the program’s development from conception to launch, ensuring milestones are met efficiently and effectively

Your qualification

• You possess a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or related engineering field
• You have 5+ years of experience in aviation in Project Development/ Implementation
• You posses strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and working independently with minimal direction
• You are dedicated to meeting project goals, client satisfaction, staff development, and operational excellence
• You demonstrate excellent German and English language skills, written and verbal
• Computer skills in Google Suite, SAP, Microsoft Office
• You are enthusiastic about occasional domestic and international business travel
