Your task as a Customer Interface/ Team Leader Aircraft Manager (all genders)

Customer focal point:

  • Be the interface between DAHER and the final customer for all operational topics
  • Drumbeat all “Folio Points” in the project scope in accordance with customer’s priorities
  • Ensure the reliability of End Of Work (“EOW”) communicated to the final customer
  • Ensure all IT-Tools & databases are always up to date
  • Periodic generation and monitoring of KPIs as requested by the Project Coordinator
  • Attend to the Level 2 and 3 meetings (+ replace ACM Level 1 if needed)

Internal communication:

  • Ensure the priorities are well understood by Aircraft Managers and Technical Coordinators
  • Ensure the priorities are well communicated to Production and Quality
  • Internal escalation in case of issues
  • Identify & manage closely with all functions technically specific jobs & jobs having a high risk of jeopardizing customer milestones

On behalf of the Project Coordinator:

  • Monitor the balance between Workload and Capacity
  • Moderation of SQCDPTE meetings and actions follow up (Curative, Corrective, improvement …..)
  • Attend daily „drumbeat meeting“ with the customer
  • Escalation levels 2 + 3 of operational topics
  • Perform annual performance appraisals of N-1 employees
  • Ensure the qualification follow-up of ACMs and TCs
  • Ensure the team works in accordance with:
    • the Quality Plan of the Project and with the DAHER Quality Management System
    • FOD, PPE and Safety rules
    • DAHER QMS and respect applicable procedures, processes, instructions and operating modes
    • Documentation updates from customer and/or DAHER

Your qualification

  • Bachelor or Master in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience in Aeronautics, preferably in Airbus Manufacturing of Single Aisle family
  • Fluent English and German
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Leadership and Communication skills
  • Sense for analytic approach and organizational improvements
  • Autonomous, solution-oriented and accurate way of working
  • Flexibility and team spirit
