DAHER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GmbH is a member of the DAHER Group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial services provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers‘ premises. Every day, almost 170 employees from 20 different nations ensure that we achieve our goals and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your tasks as a HR Manager (all genders)

  • Build and lead the HR team and continuously develop HR structures 
  • Design and implement a forward-looking HR strategy 
  • Manage all stages of the employee lifecycle – from recruitment to offboarding 
  • Advise and coach managers and employees 
  • Support change management processes during growth and transformation projects 
  • Promote employee development, talent management, and succession planning 
  • Collaborate closely with international HR teams to align global guidelines with local requirements 
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal standards (e.g., compliance, data protection, occupational safety) 

Your qualification 

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable qualification 
  • You bring several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in an international environment 
  • You possess solid knowledge of German labor law 
  • You have experience with HR software (workday, DATEV Lodas) and digital HR processes, which is an advantage 
  • You demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities 
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, written and verbal 
  • You work independently and in a results-oriented manner, combined with a hands-on mentality
