DAHER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GmbH is a company of DAHER group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial service provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. These include industrialization, manufacturing, production, FAL integration, flight line services, quality control and MRO.

All subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components in the mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin areas is carried out in client’s facilities. Every day, almost 150 employees from 18 different nations ensure that we meet our targets and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your task as a Industrial Engineer (all genders)

• You take on process planning and efficiency improvement projects for our customers from various industries
• You work with our customers to develop processes that you analyse and refine with the help of MTM or REFA methods
• You are responsible for workplace design in production
• You will monitor and report on efficiency in production (line balancing)
• You will prepare your results and present them to our customers and clients
• You monitor derived measures after implementation in the ongoing process

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed your engineering studies with a focus on industrial engineering or your technician training
• You have 2-3 years of professional experience in aviation industry (preferred) and/or consulting area. Ideally, you have had an insight into various industries
• Ideally, you have knowledge of REFA and/or MTM methodology as well as work and time management and lean management
• You are open to business trips within Germany
• You speak English and German fluently
• You think conceptually, analytically and solution-orientated
• Your strong communication skills with different roles in an international environment round off your profile
