DAHER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GmbH is a company of DAHER group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial service provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. These include industrialization, manufacturing, production, FAL integration, flight line services, quality control and MRO.

All subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components in the mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin areas is carried out in client’s facilities. Every day, almost 150 employees from 18 different nations ensure that we meet our targets and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your task as a Logistic Coordinator (all genders)

• Essential link between our procurement and supplier team in all issues in connection with the delivered goods/parts
• Preparation of periodic reports and communications with internal/external clients
• Following Order Processes until completion – Tracking Loads
• Generation of goods’ receipts in SAP and fulfillment confirmation under internal quality procedures
• Cycle Count preparation and coordination according to internal policies
• Responsibility for all warehouse activities and general warehouse management (AOG management, spare parts, inventory, transport coordination and disposition, system and data maintenance, etc.)
• Weight lifting (up to 10 kg) during transportation

Your qualification

• Vocational training in trade/aviation as a specialist for warehouse management
• At least 2 years experience within logistics and in a high-volume manufacturing environment with stock management knowledge
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS-Office
• Good language skills in English and German
• Solution-oriented and high reliability
• Team player, accuracy and flexibility to work in early and late shifts
• Valid driving license for Germany
