Your tasks as a Product Quality Coordinator (all genders) with focus on non-conformity in Aviation

• You will develop technical solutions and work with department managers to implement them. This includes:
  • Documenting, collating and analysing measurement results
  • Assisting with root cause analysis
  • Editing and creating test and control plans
  • Responding to customer complaints
• As a tutor, you will support our future Technical Coordinators (all genders) together with our trainers

Your qualification 

• You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• You have already gained some experience in quality assurance in a production environment, ideally in the metalworking industry
• You have a good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
• Your independent working style is customer-focused and structured
• You are a good communicator in German and English in our international environment
• You have experience of managing people and are a good judge of empathy
