All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers‘ premises. Your task as a Team Leader Production (all genders)

Manage a team of operators on one or several activities
Organise and follow the activities following the objectives & directives from hierarchy
Ensure disciplinary and technical management of the production team
Ensure customer satisfaction as well as the respect of commitment delivery & quality commitments
Make sure that the team meets all the required conditions to perform their job (Health and Safety, Qualifications, Tools, ….)
Work closely with other departments (Coordination, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Logistics, ..)
Be the warrant of the good image of the company on the sites

Your qualification

You have technical education with several years experience as well as complementary education as supervisor in production environment
Your overall English level is advanced
Leadership- & Moderation: role model behavior, team-oriented and loyal
