DAHER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GmbH is a company of DAHER group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial service provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. These include industrialization, manufacturing, production, FAL integration, flight line services, quality control and MRO.

All subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components in the mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin areas is carried out in client’s facilities. Every day, almost 150 employees from 18 different nations ensure that we meet our targets and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your task as a Team Leader Production (all genders)

• Technical education with several years experience as well as complementary education as supervisor in production environment
• Good English knowledge
• Leadership- & Moderation competencies particularly in crisis situations – role model behavior, team-oriented, loyal

Your qualification

• Manage a team of operators on one or several activities
• Organise and follow the activities following the objectives & directives from hierarchy
• Ensure disciplinary and technical management of the production team
• Ensure customer satisfaction as well as the respect of commitment delivery & quality commitments
• Make sure that the team meets all the required conditions to perform their job (Health and Safety, Qualifications, Tools, ….)
• Work closely with other departments (Coordination, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Logistics, …)
• Be the warrant of the good image of the company on the sites
