All work carried out on aircraft or aircraft components in the mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin areas is performed at our customer’s facilities. Your task as a Technical Trainer (all genders) with focus on composites in Aviation

• You will use appropriate media and methods to train staff in our classrooms and at our customers‘ premises (English/German)
• You assess and check the competence of employees in carrying out tasks
• You ensure that the training content is communicated in a group-oriented and understandable way
• You guide our participants at the practical workstations and build a relationship of trust
• You will work in a multi-professional team and participate in the development of our concepts and the establishment of a training center

Your qualification 

• Completed training or comparable qualification in the aerospace industry
• You have experience in the manufacture and repair of composite materials for aircraft
• Good knowledge of the Google Workspace
• Experience and skill in dealing with course participants, didactic lesson planning and implementation
• Communicative, customer-oriented and empathetic way of working as well as independence and hands-on mentality
